How do I return Shein items?

Shein customers have a window of 35 days from the purchase date to return a Shein item. Here is how to return an item to Shein:

  • Log in to your account and select the message icon (located at the top right corner, next to the Shein logo) 
  • Choose 'Orders' then select the specific order containing the item that you wish to return
  • Click 'Return item' at the bottom of the 'Order Detail' page
  • State your reason for returning the item - you may need to upload a photo for certain reasons
  • Choose your refund method e.g. opting for a Shein Wallet refund is faster, or via the ‘Original Payment Account’ for a refund to your bank. 
  • Select your return method e.g. pick either the Post Office or a UPS store for returning the item 
  • Submit your return and from there you should expect a confirmation email
