How do I return an item on ASOS?
ASOS customers get a 28-day window from the purchase date to return an ASOS item. Here are the steps on how to return an item to ASOS:

- Visit 'My Account' and access 'My Orders.'
- Choose 'Create Return' for the specific order that you wish to return. If you need to return items from a multiple of orders then you will see all applicable items available for return on your screen
- Select the items for return and state your reasons for the return
- Locate your nearest drop-off point and select 'Place Return.' You will then receive a QR code via email. This is also accessible in 'My Returns.'
- Securely package your return in any suitable packaging. There is no need to use the original ASOS packaging
- Head to your chosen drop-off point with your parcel and QR code; from there they will handle the rest
