How do I cancel Hello Fresh?

Here is how to cancel:

  • Account Login: First, sign in to your HelloFresh account.
  • Access Settings: Click on your name at the top of the page and go to ‘Settings’.
  • Choose Subscription: Select the subscription you wish to cancel from the green tabs displayed.
  • Cancellation Option: Click on ‘Cancel my subscription’ located at the bottom right-hand corner.
  • Confirmation: A final screen will appear confirming that your subscription is deactivated. Click 'Close' to finalise.
  • Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your subscription. It is a good idea to keep this email for your records.
