- Account Login: First, sign in to your HelloFresh account.
- Access Settings: Click on your name at the top of the page and go to ‘Settings’.
- Choose Subscription: Select the subscription you wish to cancel from the green tabs displayed.
- Cancellation Option: Click on ‘Cancel my subscription’ located at the bottom right-hand corner.
- Confirmation: A final screen will appear confirming that your subscription is deactivated. Click 'Close' to finalise.
